Aisling’s HR career spans over 25 years, working across various industries as a senior HR professional prior to establishing Our Tandem in 2016. As a former HR Director of O2, Aisling led many global change initiatives that transformed performance management, talent management and led wider cultural change programmes. She also established and ran Telefonica’s first European HR shared service organisation. Prior to Telefonica, Aisling was a HR Director and Board member with SAP. With a Masters in Performance Management, Aisling progressed into consultancy where she worked with blue chip companies to evolve their performance management and leadership practices. From there, she established Our Tandem, an award-winning digital employee experience and engagement solution, designed to ignite and sustain a workplace culture that inspires your people.Connect
Clare is CTO & co-founder of Our Tandem. Responsible for the Technology and Product, Clare is passionate about design led thinking and building products for the workplace that has a consumer experience at the core. Prior to Tandem, Clare has deployed HCM SaaS, On Premise, Self Service portal and payroll solutions in global organisations. Clare has led technical teams to design, build and deploy global processes and solutions in complex environments with tight timelines. Familiar with the wider HR ecosystem, Clare has built Tandem to easily integrate with a wider technology environment, ensuring Tandem sits in the natural flow of work.
Change Management Director
Jim is co founder of Our Tandem and truly passionate about organisational culture and leadership. Prior to Our Tandem’s foundation he spent 20 years in People Consulting roles across a wide range of sectors, working primarily with large global clients.
He spent 10 years with two consulting firms with global reach (Mercuri International and Hay Group), then 10 years running niche Dublin-based consultancy firm People Partners, working with a wide range of companies with EMEA/Global headquarters located in Ireland with a specialist focus on behavioural change and performance management.
During this 20 year period he delivered client projects including culture change, leadership development, performance and reward, across three continents.
John is a General Partner at ACT Venture Capital, a specialist technology venture firm, and has been active in operating roles and venture capital investing for over 25 years. ACT is an international technology venture firm providing capital to fuel growth. ACT’s investments span technology sectors and investment stages ranging from seed to growth. The firm has raised over €500m to back ideas and companies with unique approaches.
Alan Coleman former founder and CEO of Britebill has gone on to found and lead an innovative new venture called Sweepr. Sweepr continues Alan’s journey of transforming customer experiences that he began with his first successful business: BriteBill. Alan drives Sweepr’s vision for re-thinking how customers experience support in a more complex and connected world. Prior to BriteBill Alan had roles in Accenture, Macalla Software and Morgan Stanley.
Stephen is a Finance and Operations Executive with over 20 years’ experience in leading commercially focused teams in both global multinationals and start-up organisations. Stephen is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Finance in Our Tandem and is passionate about growing businesses and teams into global success stories. Prior to Our Tandem Stephen led the Operations functions of Trustev, a Fraud Prevention company, and helped grow this from a start-up organisation to a global operation which was sold to TransUnion for $44m and after a successful integration led their Global Fraud Operations team. Stephen has also held a variety of Senior Finance roles in Telecoms (Telefonica) & Financial Services (General Electric) industries including Board representation, M&A activity and driving market changing commercial initiatives.
Tony Hanway has been CEO of Virgin Media Ireland since 2015. Virgin Media is Ireland’s leading ‘connected entertainment provider ‘ offering market-leading Broadband, TV, fixed and mobile phone services to the Irish consumer and B2B market. Virgin Media Ireland also incorporates Ireland’s leading commercial broadcaster Virgin Media Television.
Before joining Virgin Media Ireland Tony spent a decade at Telefonica where he held a number of senior roles including Consumer Director O2 Ireland, Consumer Director Telefonica O2 Czech Republic, Chief Commercial Officer of O2 Deutschland and CEO of O2 Ireland.
From 1995 to 2005 he held several positions at the internet pioneer AOL where he was latterly Vice President of AOL UK Customer Care and Managing Director of AOL Europe Operations. He is also a board member with Business in the Community Ireland which aims to encourage Irish businesses with their responsible and sustainable business practices.
Tony is a native of Dublin and has an MSc in Human Resource Management from Leicester University.
Gillian Cregan has over 25 years’ experience as a Financial & Operations Executive within the global banking, insurance & investment industries.
Gillian has worked in several c-suite positions, including 3 years as CEO for the Irish entity of a global risk management business. Gillian joined BVP Investments Ltd in October 2020 as their Financial Controller.
Gillian is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant and a Council Member of CPA Ireland. She holds a Master of Business from UCC, a Licentiate of the Institute of Bankers and has completed the Institute of Directors’ Chartered Programme.

Following numerous client engagements about introducing a new performance management system, a conversation started regarding the need for a sustained approach to feedback. A search ensued to look for a hr solution that would suffice but it was clear, the product of our vision wasn’t out there. The idea for Tandem was born.
Our Tandem launches to the marketplace for the first time at the HR Technology Congress in London and was very well received.

Global Feedback Survey
We conducted an independent survey to understand the current state of feedback in organisations around the world. The results came in, confirming everyone wants more feedback.
